What are your main tasks at work :
- Telephone cover in English, French and German
- Written and oral communication with clients and service providers
- Preparation of documents for meetings and conference calls
- Organisation of meetings, including providing refreshments and welcoming clients
- First point of contact for clients and colleagues
- Preparation and finalisation of Notifications to the European Commission
- Research work, filing
- Dealing with invoices, corporate credit card bills and travel expense reports
- Itinerary planning, travel arrangements, hotel bookings
- PC-based work with Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Which qualities do you need to perform your job :
social skills and competences:
- Reliable, sense of professional commitment
- Both team-worker and confident in working independently
- Flexible, adaptable to different environments and personalities
- Open-minded personality, used to multicultural working environment
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills:
- Very good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Used to intense workload and tight deadlines

Which aspect of your job do you like best :
The multicultural environment and being able to work in and to use all my language skills (also bit of Spanish and Dutch with colleagues)
What don't you like about your job :
As in every job it's getting all the same after a while and it can be that it is only about printing, copying and organising documents/binders for a while. But I cant complain as I have always been working with great people (bosses and colleagues) which is very important to me. But what I dont like to do are expense reports. No idea why.
